VBSSummer is coming, and it's almost time for Vacation Bible School! Here is a listing of VBS opportunities in the presbytery as reported to this website.

Presbytery of the Miami Valley wants to add your church's VBS to the list. To be included, email the name of your church, the theme of your VBS, dates and times, along with registration and contact information. We’ll list it here and publicize all VBS opportunities in the presbytery.

Memorial United Presbyterian Church, Xenia
Yee Haw VBS! 10:00 A.M.-2:00 P.M.
At “Yee Haw” VBS, kids will go on a frontier adventure where they’ll discover that God gives good gifts! This VBS is filled with incredible Bible-learning experiences kids see, hear, and touch. Team building games, cool Bible songs, fun crafts, and yummy snacks are just a few of the activities that help faith flow into real life. We sometimes get messy, so be sure to send your children in play clothes and sturdy shoes.

Slifers Presbyterian Church, Farmersville
An Ecumenical VBS,  9:00-11:30 A.M.
In an ecumenical undertaking with the Farmersville UCC and Lutheran churches, Praise in the Park! will be held at the Farmersville Park.

Sugar Creek Presbyterian Church, Kettering
Who's My Neighbor? 6:00-8;30 P.M.
Through a fun-filled time of learning and experiences, children will discover that neighbors are more than the people who live next door. This interactive VBS will lead children deeply into five Bible stories focused on God’s care and compassion for neighbors close at hand and around the world. Who Is My Neighbor? will take children on a journey as they discover more about God’s great love and what it means to be a neighbor and to live out our faith.
Children ages 4 through entering 5th grade
Cost: a donation of $10 is requested, but not required

Fairmont Presbyterian Church, Kettering
Athens: Paul's Dangerous Journey to Share the Truth! 9:00- 11:00 A.M.
Ages 4 through children who have completed 5th grade
Cost: Free, but we ask that you please let us know if you must cancel by May 31.
No walk-in registrations, please.

Bath Presbyterian Church, Dayton
Faith Presbyterian Church, Huber Heights
Rolling River Rampage, 9:00-11:30 A.M.
This joint VBS will be a week of fun and learning with Bible stories, games, music, snacks and crafts. There is no charge for this, but it is tradition to collect food for the Huber Heights food pantry. Please bring in non-perishable food during this week.

Covington Presbyterian Church, Covington
Roar! Life is Wild. God is Good., 9:00 A.M.-noon
Covington Community Vacation Bible School is held at the Covington Church of the Brethren, Covington.
On Friday, June 21, a picnic is scheduled at 5:30 P.M., followed by the closing program at 6:30 P.M.
Children age 4 to students completing 5th grade.

Rolling River Rampage, 9:00 A.M.- 12:00 P.M.
During VBS, children will learn a new Bible story each day during a special Children & Worship session. They will enjoy recreation, arts and crafts, music, and a delicious snack as they go on a “Rolling River Rampage” with God.
