PMV at the Polity, Benefits, and Mission Conference

Presbytery of the Miami Valley Executive Presbyter Terry Kukuk and Stated Clerk Lynn Bova, along with Synod of the Covenant Executive Chip Hardwick, attended the PC(USA) Polity, Benefits, and Mission Conference in St. Louis, MO October 9-12.

At the conference they met with colleagues from around the PC(USA) and learned from presenters from the Association of Mid Council Leaders, the Association of Stated Clerks, the Board of Pensions, the Office of General Assembly, and the Presbyterian Mission Agency.

The theme of the event was Imagining Beyond Our Limits. Mid councils are imagining new pathways of enabling congregations and their leaders in ministry, innovating new expressions and new worshiping communities, repurposing property for missional purposes, and finding creative ways to support those embracing the risk of imaginative leaps.
