Presbytery of the Miami Valley is hosting a virtual program from Presbyterian Disaster Assistance titled Building Resilience for Faith Leaders. The event will take place on Tuesday, April 13, 10:00 – 11:30 A.M.
We all live with stress. There are times in life when stress intensifies, for any number of reasons. This program increases one’s ability to identify signs of stress and offers tools for engaging that stress and building resiliency.
