The Presbyterian Mission Agency has just posted the free booklet written by the Rev. Dr. Edward McNulty, titled “ENGAGING MATTHEW 25 THROUGH FILM: Dismantling Structural Racism.” The booklet is is designed for church members to explore structural racism through five engaging films: 12 Years a Slave; If Beale Street Could Talk; Selma; Do the Right Thing; and The Hate U Give.
Ed McNulty is a Presbyterian pastor, the author of three film books published by Westminster John Knox Press, and editor/reviewer of Visual Parables.
